Rewards Program

By: Roberta Craig

One of the new updates to the District website is the Rewards Program page. Rewards fall into four categories.

  • Membership Growth & Retention focuses on new member onboarding and dues renewals.
  • Distinguished Club Performance Goals encourages clubs to participate in activities that foster success year-round.
  • #32 Marketing offers rewards for promoting club activities to current and prospective members throughout District 32’s service area.
  • District Fellowship provides rewards to individual members for participation in District Committees. Maximum award to an individual member is $50.

Doubling down, fellowship activities also qualify on the District Passport: Drawing for one of three gift packages valued at $50, awarded at the District Conference social event, for an individual member who participates in each of the District 32 Passport activities. Member must register for the District Conference. Click to download District Passport and find more details on how to qualify for this award.

District Bucks awarded as part of the District Rewards Program must be redeemed using a Voucher for Reimbursement within the Toastmaster year they are awarded. Reimbursement forms should be emailed to the District Director at dd@d32toastmasters.org. Examples of qualifying expenditures that can be reimbursed with District Bucks include virtual meeting platform and equipment expenses, paid advertisement, Toastmasters International shop, additional Paths, club open house and celebration expenses. District Bucks cannot be used to pay for individual member dues.

Please understand, with all the Rewards available it may take time to award and reimburse District Bucks. You can track the status of your Rewards from the Rewards Program page.
