You’ve finished a Pathway and you’ve served as a Club Officer. Now what? For a lot of members this is the point they start thinking about how to achieve their Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation. 

DTM is the highest level of educational award available in Toastmasters. It represents work on both communications skills and leadership skills. A DTM requires work outside of your club and a capstone project. Here is a handy infographic to help you visualize the path:
