Calling all District Officers, Club Presidents, and Club Vice Presidents of Education to save the morning of May 14 for the District Council Meeting.

Since this meeting is online, no proxies will be allowed. Each member is allowed a maximum 2 votes regardless the number of Club officer positions held by a single individual. An additional vote is allowed for District officers. for example:

Pat Toastmaster holds the following Club/District officer positions. Pat is eligible to cast three votes total. Two for club officer positions, plus one for Area Director. Officers are responsible for notifying which clubs are represented by their vote(s).

• President for Club 123, with 12 paid members
• Vice President of Education for Club 345, with 10 paid members
• President for Club 567, with 7 paid members (due to low membership this club is not eligible to vote)
• President for Club 789, with 8 paid members
• Area Director
