The attendance of District Council members, comprised of the District Executive Committee*, Club Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education, is required to approve the District budget and confirm the appointment of District leaders.

Club President and/or Vice President Education, of any Member Club in good standing, may vote on behalf of the club as its representative. Either club officer may carry the club’s two (2) votes or each of these club officers may carry one (1) vote. A Member Club is considered in good standing when its dues have been received for the current dues period for a minimum of eight members—at least three of whom were members of the club during the previous renewal period.

District Executive Committee members are entitled to one (1) vote and may cast up to two (2) additional votes as a representative of a Member Club, for a maximum of three (3) votes. District Council members must cast their own votes; no proxies are permitted.

All district members are welcome to attend.

*District Excutive Committee: District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Public Relations Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors, and the Immediate Past District Director.
