It’s hard to believe that this club year is ending in less than 2 months! This year has been filled with many unique challenges which District 32 members and leaders have handled in stride. While we’re all learning new skills and new ways to get the most out of being a Toastmaster, we wanted to give you a quick checklist for finishing the year strong.
MAY
- Current club officers review Club Success Plan progress
- Club officer elections completed by 5/31 (Read about confidential online voting tools)
- Conduct installation ceremony for new officers
- Remind members of Beat the Clock membership campaign (5/1-6/30)
- VPE review current member progress and confirm that awards have been submitted to TI
JUNE
- Secretary submit new club officer names via the Club Business section of the TI website by 6/30
- Incoming officers attend executive committee meetings with outgoing officers
- Outgoing officers provide new officers all files and online access needed for the role
- Club officers attend District 32 officer training
- VPE review current member progress and confirm that awards have been submitted to TI
- Incoming officers begin crafting the Club Success Plan for 2021-22 club year
These simple things will set your new officers and your club up to have a successful start to the new club year.
