Does your club need a membership boost? Or would you like to be a Club Coach? Now that many clubs are meeting online, you could be a coach in Washington, even if you live in Alaska, or vice versa.

The D32 DTM Committee wants to help members earn the requirement of serving as a Club Sponsor, Mentor or Coach. At the same time, you’ll help clubs in D32 become Distinguished, which requires 20 members, or a net growth of five.

Currently, there are 19 clubs in Alaska and 46 in Washington that qualify to have a Club Coach with a membership of 12 or fewer. The Club Coach collaborates with your club on strategies to increase membership and master club meetings, and the coach stays with the club until it reaches Distinguished Club level.

Club Presidents or prospective Club Coaches complete quick info forms, with both the prospective Club Coach and the club agreeing to the arrangement. The request for the assignment should be submitted to the Club Growth Director.

Use the Club Coach program today to help a club become Distinguished!
