“Sometimes the only thing another person needs is for us to believe in them” — Cleo Wade
The District 32 leadership stands behind this opening quote. I want to ensure everyone in District 32 and especially, a fellow club officer, knows that we believe in you. You have stepped up as a volunteer officer and the year is half way through. Your life is so much more difficult than we could ever imagine. Life does get heavy at times, and this is one of the best reasons to belong to a fantastic TM club. Serving as an officer is your outward gesture of support for your club and fellow members. You are capable and enough to commit to your own greatness. During the month of January, you might find that you need to complete the second round of officer training or perhaps attend a Pathway’s training? Stretch and strive, believe and dare yourself to commit to the small act of personal growth. Allow yourself to ponder new possibilities for 2023. You cannot fulfill a challenging goal or meaningful mission without acclimating yourself to the presence of risk. Personal resolve and unwavering commitment to succeed will move you forward. For 2023 ignite a fire of passion within you to succeed with relentless determination. Incinerate obstacles that lie within your path. You will find abundant resources available in the Pathways program and your club members, mentors and coaches. You are not standing alone. Attending training will help develop skills and abilities you had no idea that you had lying dormant inside. Decide today, that you will attend the final Club officer training for the 22-23 TM year. Be steadfast, and invite a new member to attend the Pathways training. Allow District 32 leadership team to support you in attaining and pushing further with your goals. Your resolution will ignite you on the path to greater things.
