At the 2022 Annual Business Meeting on Friday, August 19 at 11 AM Alaska, Noon Pacific, every Toastmasters club in good standing will have the opportunity to vote on proposed amendments to the Bylaws of Toastmasters International and the Club Constitution.
The Toastmasters International Board of Directors presents and endorses these amendments, which are outlined in Proposals A through L. While most of the Proposals are directed at clarifying and modernizing language in Toastmasters International corporate governing documents, Proposals F, J, K and L are focused on clubs and members.
